Good episode ( episode #2). I liked the way you broke down the various goals. Specifically how you categorized the 200/300/400/500 numbers as goals that don't require a specialization but will still take years to reach with consistent training. I didn't grow up around weightlifting, and it's sometimes discouraging reading the forums where people are deadlifting 500# and wondering if that's a realistic goal for me especially as I feel like I might be getting near the end of the NLP. Looking forward to the next episode
